Privacy policy

Controller: David López Dayer, Dayer studio. Contact: hello@dayer.es. The tax ID and street address are sent by email when the controller has to be identified beyond this site.

What data exists

This site has no accounts, no database and it does not store form messages. On submit, your email app opens with the text ready and the recipient hello@dayer.es. You send the message yourself, from your own email.

The hello@dayer.es mailbox forwards mail to a Gmail account of the owner, through Forward Email. From then on the message sits in that inbox, like any other email you write by hand.

If you write, the data is what you include: name, email, company, website and the message. I do not ask for anything that is not needed to reply.

Why it is used

To reply and, if there is a project, to prepare it. The basis is your request. I do not use that data for advertising and I do not sell it.

Email is kept for as long as the conversation needs and, if there is work, for the relationship and the legal retention period for invoices. If you ask me to delete it and there is no duty to keep it, I delete it.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not load third-party scripts. Fonts and images come from this domain. Hosting is on Vercel: when you open a page, the request passes through their infrastructure, which may log technical access data (for example the IP address) under their own service. I do not run a visit-analytics panel on this site.

Recipients

Aside from the forward to Gmail, I do not hand messages to another company to process on its own account. Vercel hosts the site files, not the content of the email.

Rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction by writing to hello@dayer.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not follow the law.
